Unifusion 2000 Electrofusion Processor by EF Technologies Inc. I just had the unit factory serviced and calibrated ready to go to work. 

The Model # UF2000 Serial #960428 .120 volts up to 30 amps depends on fitting size.

You can fuse gas,water other types of pipe from 3/4" to 12" pipe.

It has a bar code reader or you can enter it manually depending on the fittings or brand.

The unit will come with a manual. Warranted to work for 30 days as long you follow the manual instructions. No tips come with it.

I have different tips for sale. Three sizes available.
